We want you to love your Pheran purchase! If you're not fully satisfied, we offer a hassle-free refund policy. To get a refund, contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of receiving your item. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

                       For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. For COD orders, we’ll issue the refund through bank transfer or store credit. Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
